What we provide. 365 Daily Wisdom sends one inspirational quote by email per day for 365 days. That's it. We are not a life coach, therapist, or professional advisor of any kind.
Who can use this. Anyone 16 or older with a valid email address. If you are under 16, please do not sign up.
Your responsibilities. You agree to:
Email delivery. We send emails daily, but we cannot guarantee every email will arrive. Spam filters, inbox rules, or email provider issues are outside our control. We are not liable if an email does not reach you.
Unsubscribe anytime. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you are out immediately. No questions asked.
No refunds. The service is free, so there is nothing to refund. If we introduce paid features in the future, those will have their own terms.
Affiliate links. Our emails may link to pages on our site that contain Amazon affiliate links. If you click through and buy something on Amazon, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend books we believe are relevant to the quote. You are never obligated to buy anything.
Content accuracy. We do our best to attribute quotes correctly, but mistakes happen. Quotes are for inspiration, not academic citation. If you spot an error, let us know at hello@365dailywisdom.com.
No warranties. The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will always work perfectly, be error-free, or meet your specific needs. We are not responsible for how you interpret or act on any quote.
Liability limits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential. This includes lost profits, data loss, or any other harm.
We can change things. We may update the service, these terms, or even shut down the service at any time. If we make significant changes to these terms, we will notify you by email.
Termination. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or abuse the service. You can terminate by unsubscribing.
